Sabert Corporation, a global leader in innovative and sustainable food packaging solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christina Zhao to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Sabert’s North America region, reporting to Gary Ziznewski, President of Sabert North America and Global CFO.
Christina joined Sabert 13 years ago as Controller and was named Vice President of Finance for Sabert’s North American operations in 2014. Since then, Christina has progressively broadened her role as the leader of the North American finance team, steering her team through the successful multi-million-dollar integration of Sabert’s acquisitions, including LBP and Mullinix.

Originally from China, Christina came to the United States to pursue her MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management. After graduating, her career progressed through various financial analyst and controller roles at global companies, including Reckitt Benckiser, Johnson Controls Corporation, and Delphi Corporation. Christina joined Sabert Corporation in 2010.

In her expanded senior leadership position, Christina will broaden her role within the company’s financial organization, overseeing the financial aspects of Sabert North America operations to continue to drive the company’s profitable growth.
